Before Prayer: Apply directly to hands, forehead and/or affected area before prayer.
Apply these oils topically to temples, inner wrists, back of the neck down the spine, bottoms of feet, under nose, and/or bellybutton. Rub on palms and inhale.
As with any product, do a patch test before using, and if skin irritation occurs, discontinue use.
